Source:  While searching the 'net for Larner COA, I found a message posted on a genealogy site where Mike offered this COA to another individual.  That was in 2001.  I contacted him a few days ago (2004) and he graciously provided this image (although the one he e-mailed was much larger).

Mike has traced the Larner line back to the late 1500's in Norfolk, UK.  I'm not sure if my Larner line meets up with his at any point prior to the 1500's or not.
